In fact his survival in VV kind of depends on it (not by tonight I don't mean, long term). My conclusion on Akira is this. I just think he has lost his mojo and girls are just not attracted to him. Ever since Charlie, that was a big blow to his ego I think. Listen, I don't fault the guy, he tries. But I don't think he has it anymore. And since this is an entertainment site, as cutthroat as it may be, when an actor can't perform well anymore, he gets cut from the show. I don't think worse of him. I just think he shouldn't beg or grovel or sacrifice his pride for this girl or any girl. I wouldn't myself. Maybe it is just time he moves on. There are nicer women out there and without cameras he can succeed. Another thing about this site. This is not a seniority keep your job type thing here. Since we pay, you can't stay if you can't produce whether it is your fault or not. None of them should feel secure in their jobs. Heck, in the real world, we are not secure, often can get fired at will! VV better think hard about its survival here not being nice to a handful of longtime employees. And she hasn't gotten contract yet either. Right now so far it isn't succeeding. Nina and Robert became residents in just a few days. You know why? Because they produced, had interesting sex. So why is Akira (and Nikky before him) exempt from this requirement? Perhaps Cassy hit on it. Akira is their try the girls out guy, sort of the free agent the way Ivo used to be before Sonia. If so, I think they picked the wrong guy for the job. He doesn't have the confidence or mojo anymore to pull it off. And mind you, she could have sex with him under the blanket, so cameras shouldn't be an issue. Just taking her laptop into the bedroom is a sign she is not interested. She is not entitled to a free rent apartment or a job. This company is run by a bunch of scumbags! I have 21 days left in this month. I have now firmly decided if things don't change then that will be it for me. I will try to convince as many people as want to, to quit also. That will be my present to this company. I start to want them to fail! At least that way you kick her out also! I don't think I would put up with the crap she does. No job is worth it. Does VV even screen these girls or tell them the truth? What do they see a couple of nice boobs and just say hey you need a job? Do they tell them they will be paired with a guy who they have to get close to? Do they ask her if she can handle nudity in front of cameras? Why don't they ask these questions? This way they don't waste her time or our money. Less than 48 hrs? I have seen people post about how they would like to see real relationships develop here. That takes time. I have always thought it an odd idea that two normal people, total strangers should be asked to sleep in the same bed and expected to have sex in a very short period of time. I realize that the site has changed since the innocent days of Karen and Tanya and that VV has in some ways changed direction but if they are in any way listening to the viewership or reading here they have certainly been encouraged to become a porn site I for one wish they had not.. You'd like them to form relationships with perfect strangers that would eventually lead to sex, but is that even feasible. So the basic inconsistency inherent here is that people want to see nudity and sex which means that perfect strangers are expected to deal with cameras showing their every move and show their bodies and have sex. Is that even feasible? Yet without that, people won't watch. Like I have said, I and many others here don't come here to see voyeur reality show without sex. We can already see them on tv. The only solution is to screen really carefully and get people like Sonia and Christy and Nina who really like sex and don't care about the cameras. Of course, then the problem is the sex will seem scripted and planned. So..... I don't see the solution! Now, unlike miscvoyeur, who doesn't mind action on rlc, the answer isn't a platonic site that we pay $30 a month for. The only solution really would seem to be rlc like couples who already had a relationship and thus their sex is real and not scripted. But then it gets boring, witness many rlc apartments. If anyone has the solution, chime in and do tell. Because I can't see it. And it isn't that we haven't been patient, more than a month has passed since Voro basically died and even since Julia and Gavin left. VV certainly hasn't found the solution! Either she doesn't want Akira, isn't comfortable with the situation in VV or can't deal with the cameras. Petra used to have a party to help get the new person or persons sexed up or interested in each other early on. She had something tonight, but I have noticed her zest for these things has waned as well. That is why she has gotten into her own porn shows. The truth is even the great Petra is bored. The requirements of the site even drains her. Honestly, except for the real couples, Ivo and Sonia and Nina and Robert, no one has much zest or mojo anymore. It is probably time to do one of two things. Either replace everyone and start with new people or close down. Of course they have no incentive to do much until we start leaving in droves. I have 20 days left. Opening a new Villa will just move the problems to another apartment. A shame, I liked this concept. But either it doesn't work or the managers don't know how to run it, or maybe both. I tried to make suggestions and others have also, but they don't listen to even the better suggestions.
