I would suggest you contact the admin and describe what issues you are having and see if he can help. Good luck, I hope your problems gets resolved.

I'll take all the luck that I can get HarleyFatboy! Unfortunately, the problem can only be resolved by my Telco providing me with a greater speed (currently 3mb) and that's not happening in the near future.
