SOMHO2000
I have a question: What will be the case if underage female or male visitors come to one of these apartments and stay for a few days.. Is it going to be normal or it would be considered as something illegal and children abuse ??
TBG 150
I would say to ask RLC. Anything said here is pure speculation. No one has yet posted or displayed a copy of the tenant contract with RLC.
Chip2020
There was a time, a few months ago, when an underage girl visited Leora & Paul's apartment to either pick something up, or drop something off. They knew she was coming, so when the girl knocked on the door, Leora threw a blanket over the camera in the hallway before she let the girl in (it was a loose woven blanket and you could still see through it a little bit). They never let the visitor go past the hallway into the apartment and as soon as she left (a few minutes later), they removed the blanket from the camera. I've heard from reputable sources, that no underage guests are allowed to stay with the contracted tenants of RLC and all adult guests must be informed of the cameras, where they are located and sign a release before they are allowed to visit. Even pizza delivery guys either sign a release or can't be shown on camera.
Timewarp
There have also been suggestions that at least a few maintenance occurrences were the result of a similar situation as the ones described above.

Timewarp
I am not sure how RLC's contract with its users relates to the contract they have with the tenants.

If underage children came to one of the apartments and watched the tenants having sex or were being forced into sex or were having consensual sex, then yes..I would think that was illegal & child abuse. If the same underage children came to one of the apartments and witnessed no such acts, then I would think this to be normal. Just my thoughts anyway. It would be creepy seeing children in any of these apartments though, as it is something you would never expect!!

Even if they acknowledge that they know about the cameras and where they're located, they can't sign anything legal to release RLC of any liability if they take a bath/shower, or get dressed/undressed in front of a camera either accidentally or purposely. If that ever happened, RLC and all it's subscribers/viewers would then be complicit in child pornography. That's why the only sure way this can NEVER happen, is to ban underage people from even entering the apartments while the cameras are up. With enough notice, RLC may agree to schedule an "under maintenance" period to allow a tenant to have family and/or friends visit who are either unable (minors) or unwilling (adults) to agree to be on camera. Most of the time though, such visits must take place off site of the RLC apartments. This info was given to me by an acquaintance of mine (anonymous of course) that did some contract work for RLC a while ago.

I totally agree with you and don't get me wrong, I am not advocating that children be allowed in any RLC apartment! The day children start showing up is the day I quit having anything to do with RLC!! Good post chip2020!!!
Chip2020
Happy to share with you guys. There's a ton of legal crap involved with the RLC project that they have to deal with on a constant basis. Because they stream their web site all over the world, they must not only conform to the laws of many different countries, but they are under the watchful eye of INTERPOL as well. This is one of the many reasons (besides the financial concerns) that RLC wants to keep tight control over their content and frowns upon anyone copying and/or redistributing it. Since RLC does violate the standards of certain countries, RLC is banned in these countries and their populace is denied access to RLC. If copied and redistributed RLC content should find it's way into these countries, RLC could take some heat for that. So, be discreet guys. Share as many RLC pics and videos with other CC members as you want, but be respectful to RLC (yes, they know about us) and other CC members by not re-posting anything you find here to YouTube or one of the many porn sites proliferating the internet these days. There are many anonymous (maybe even fictitious) members here, so it's difficult to ask everybody to be discreet, but please try anyway. I post a lot of material, both video and pictures, that are accessible to all members of CC. Unfortunately I have seen some of this material (some even tagged with my copyrighted MAGnet logo) appearing outside of CC. If this happens too often, I will be forced to post my pics and videos in the "Premium Members" only categories or stop posting all together. I prefer not having to do that, so play nice people and I'll continue posting the video captures that many CC members can't see anywhere else and those who do, don't seem to have the nerve to post. Of course, if you truly want to maximize your access to shared material on CC, may I suggest that you pony up the $12 (bargain price) and become a Premium Member of CC.* * I have no financial interest in this subject... I'm just sayin'. You gotta know that I love all you guys equally anyway and I hope you enjoy my "stuff".
