More than likely there is someone staying in the apartment while the girls are on vacation but they didn't want to be on cam since no other apartment has ever been under maintenance while on vacation. something to think about eh. Be good to go outside and hang out with friends and family so you won't be getting frustrated over this apartment.. 2
