Paid memberships

Hello admin again I have paid,filled out the email and user name  got the green check mark. it's been about 24 hours and nothing but $12 gone. 

Please let me know how to proceed. 

I had the same issue last year which never got resolved.

I have upgraded your account. Did you by chance pay using join.camcaps.net? The "new" way to do it is to click on the "Store" tab and it will automatically upgrade your account.

Thank you all. 

I was reading some of the posts regarding the same issues and some one posted the "new" link and I filled out the info and then a green check mark along with email and user name. 

Seems to be working now.
