Who's the asshole that keeps reposting videos?

So I've now found at least 4 of my videos re-posted to 4khd or whatever that scam site is, despite the fact that they were already available on VoyeurTube.  After the videos were uploaded to 4khd my account was banned. When people take the time to capture, encode, and upload videos people shouldn't take advantage of that by re-uploading the videos as it makes it much easier for RLC to find. A few people even had the nerve to complain about where I was uploading the videos. If people chose to share stuff you should be thankful for it, and not beg or complain about how they did it.

Piracy is real problem and the lack of respect for those who take the time to post both pictures and videos is despicable. Cam Caps and its subsidiary sites needs to protect the posters from internet piracy for the survival the forum.

That or posters just need to limit their uploads to cc. The only reason I shared them to VoyerTube was to be generous, but that just ended up with shitheads downloading the videos and then re-uploading them to other sites. I really don't get it, one day I upload them to VoyuerTube, then the next day they are on 4khd. Why not just leave them where they were first posted? 4khd is a shit site anyway.

This has already become a common practice among the major posters from the past, as they now have went underground, and only with a network of friends inside CC, What is now going on with RLC and their huge surge to protect their intellectual property, Cam Caps has already suffered greatly due to the banning, and re banning of it's members. Now with these assholes who are to chicken shit to make their own video's or pictures to post all over the internet, come here and steal from good people who choose to share. Internet trolls are no more than oxygen thief's, The lowest form of life.

RLC violates copyright all the time. Every time they broadcast one of tenants watching tv, playing music, or show a logo. I don't know why they are such sticklers about it, if anything its free advertising.

Itsme,,,sorry to hear that,,,,but how have you been around from 2013,,and not know that this is what has been done to us all this time,,there are certain members who only join CC FOR ONE PURPOSE AND ONE PURPOSE ONLY,,TO TAKE OUR VIDEOS AND PHOTOS AND POST IT TO THEIR ACCOUNTS ON THEIR WEBSITES,,,,you know how many times some of these fucking assholes had the fucking nerve to demand that I upload my videos and photos without my watermark,,they yell at me and tell me to stop posting anything with effects and to only upload the original.

It's pretty simple really,,,the minute you upload anything here,,it will end up all over the net,,you can never expect these guys to remain honest or give a crap about the original poster.

There is a reason CamCaps prohibits links to pay-per-click sites. That is a big source of this "secondary" piracy, for which our members get harassed. CC and RLCF currently work as free advertising for RLC, or they would have spanked us by now, but they do regularly give take-down orders to the bigger commercial sites and third party file sharing services. Copying stuff posted by our members and then putting them on your own pay-per-click site is a good way to get 1) get your radiator hose chewed and your attic trashed by squirrely wrath, 2) Get your cock blown off by a .45, and 3) get hung upside down in an ice cave. None of us Mods appreciate it, and we like being informed when you spot one of these clowns posting their links in our forums.

I was trying to find my videos and photos that they took from here and posted to 4khd,,but it is all gone due to the takedown order by RLC,,,but if you look in the UPPER LEFT HAND CORNER OF THE FIRST VIDEO,,in the link below you will see my logo,,,like I said,,,those guys that take our stuff and repost it simply don't give 2 shits about us,,,,,and it's so fucking stupid what they do,,because they don't even have the sense to know that once we get banned then their source/well will run dry.,,,,But like I said,,they simply don't care.

I cannot see the reason why people want to post to outside web sites unless it is for monetary gain. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT EXISTS.

I wanted to see what "Rants and Flame Wars" was all about, so I randomly
clicked on this thread and I had to smile at a couple of the posts I read.
Like this one:

But, the people who take the time to post those pictures and videos
originally to CamCaps, are the ones who pirated the media from RLC
in the first place. It's like saying, "There's no honor among thieves,"
or like, "The pot calling the kettle black."

RLC can't violate their own copyright, if they are the ones broadcasting the
media. They are the owners of the copyright, so they can broadcast
whatever they want, without any copyright infringement. They may need to
get their tenants' permission, but they still own the copyright to the media.

Don't get me wrong. I applaud and greatly appreciate and highly
respect all the people who take the time and go to the trouble and run
the risk of posting all those pictures and videos, as I'm sure do all the other
members of this forum.

And I think RLC should realize they can't do much to stop it. It's going to
happen one way or another. But, it is a wonderful form of advertising for them, no
matter what they think or do.

RLC can't violate their own copyright, if they are the ones broadcasting the

I didn't say that RLC violates its own copyright. I said that they violate copyright. When tenants have the TV on, listen to music, or display logos they are violating the copyright of who ever owns the work, unless of course RLC has a license for it which I highly doubt. Put it this way, you can't setup a webcam and legally stream copyrighted music and movies all day (even if it's just in the background) which is essentially what RLC is doing. Ever notice how on in TV shows and Movies they blur out logos, artwork, tv screens, etc.? It's because they don't have a license to use that content and they don't wan to violate copyright.

i agree completely, but the only way to get around that infringement,
would be to mute all the mics and that wouldn't be a very pleasant
experience for members or non-members. There may even be some
leniency in the copyright law for music and TV in that type of situation.

Because they're in a different country, we're talking about inter-
national copyright law, not US law. I could be wrong, but I don't believe
they can use our own copyright law against us. I'm presuming you live
in the US. If not, please disregard what I said about the US.
