There are reasons that the Rules of the Apartment forums require treating both CC members and tenants with a modicum of respect and decency. Disagreement is fine, as long as it's done logically and in a respectful, civilized manner.

The reason why we have adopted the Apartment Rules is because mature people get annoyed by trolls who barge into a topic just to create a food-fight, and we Mods don't like cleaning up the mess. If people enjoy that sort of thing, we have both Rants & Flame Wars and the Worldwide Politics forums where moderation is virtually non-existent.
