We all suffer from this. Sometimes is worse then other times. Alex just cheated on his girlfriend, who he loves. It's tormenting him.

I think he needs to come to terms with the truth that Anna is just using him and explore the other possibilities around him. This is VV. If Anna is the one, she'll still be the one after this is all over. They both have cheated. They are young, it's time to have fun!
