But, it's touch and go and sometimes VV gets testy with us. They are not going to simply kick someone out because we demand it. If that were the case there wouldn't be anyone in VV. They have a business to run and and so they need to keep the payers paying, but at the same time, they don't have an endless supply of people willing to do this either. All things have to be weighed and ultimately VV knows what best for their business. Ivo is the only tenant that we know of that has commented here, but it's entirely possible that the others have too, just not visibly. Language barrier is big deal.
