I wrote an email to rlc and got as answer a "The issue has been fixed.". Strong words, nothing happens. And not one "sorry"!

Hilleman Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 The cameras are working properly. However, there are separate IR illumination is turned off. It lights up as soon as the lights are down to 10 Lux. This is why it may look like it is lit up from the ceiling in some rooms. They usually use separate IR light in the larger room, as they provide longer range and provide much better quality than those that tend to be built around the camera lens. So it was just the infrared light that either happened to be energized or that it was supposed to get a total darkness. Estelle happened to extinguish the IR light again, so man as only the light from her phone that lit up her face. But she got a message and so she stepped up and started IR illumination again, and everything was perfect to see there in the dark again. 1
