You should be made aware that this is a standard response that support gives to people who contact support to register a complaint. I'm here to tell you that when a person receives this generic response, it says to them exactly what I said. That is, it basically says shut up, the tenants can do whatever they want to, and if you have a problem with it, you can have your access curtailed. Now, you may not think that's what it says, but trust me, to the person receiving it, that's exactly what it implies. They are not getting an apartment but joining the project through Anna's apartment for the next 2 months (maybe in experience). I would like to be the "advocate of the devil" and observe that July would begin tomorrow because where I am not even 8pm is still. More this "argument" is going, since there already are past 00hs.
