Your opinion about this? Terrible idea. Getting to know them takes time. As long as they are putting out something worth watching, then they should stay. I wouldn't make staying a competition. Too many pitfalls and things get very contrived and fake. Better to reward good behavior with positive reinforcement then then discourage band behavior with negative reinforcement. You really need to study psychology. BTW, punishment is the worst kind of behavior modification. Subjects learn to adapt and you have to constantly increase the severity of the punishment to be the same effect. Positive reinforcement is the way to go for most people.
