I checked the other apartments and of course, night vision cams are working fine in them. VH TV, you guys really failed on this one...

Now ALL of the NV cmas are out. You guys pissed at us customers or what? Best night in this apartment and you guys blow it with the night vision. Jeeezeee!!!!!

I will have to give credit where credit is due. I want to thank VH for fixing the night cams in Grisha and Misha's bedroom. Also thank you for contacting this couple and getting them to lighten up the rooms. Took a bit but you seem to be responsive to your customers' needs, or at least trying and it is appreciated..... Malware bytes didn't pick up on it at first but right after I clicked I got a million pop-ups. A half a dozen sites attempting to download software, etc... I quickly shut my computer down and reopened it. Ran Malwarebytes immediately and got 1200, count 'em, 1200 infections! Luckily it picked them up and got rid of them... I'm pretty sure I'm correct in my assumption....

Quey.. How much control do the participants have over the cams? The reason I am asking is because earlier the night vision was working fine on cam 3. Now it's not working at all. Seems as if in this apartment the night vision works sporadically if at all. Moreover, it seems not to work most often when there is an event or guests. What gives VHTV?

Just to let you know VH-TV. I have just closed out your cams and switched over to RLC. While I am not a fan of their cust service or response time. Their cams work and the lighting does not prevent viewing. I am sincerely hoping you reach some parity..
