    The last 2-3 days RLC viewing has been troublesome. Any apartment seems to skip - as if its playing at 20fps and not 30fps. I've eliminted that the problem is NOT on my end (plenty of bandwith). Also tried viewing using a different IP and have the same problem. Just wondering if anyone is experiencing the same. Thanks.

    Anyone having issues with RLC? I feel its running at 3/4 speed. Frames will skip or freeze then resume a few seconds later. Happens with various browsers on both a desktop and Android tablet. Also, my speed usually runs at 120 Mbps (using fast.com). When viewing RLC, it drops to 2.5Mbps.

    My general observations of Russian men is they lack romance and are more egocentric (selfish) when it come to copulating. Once they are done, turn on the remote and watch reruns of Putin's last speech.
