We have a sharp increase in infections here as well, and it is said that we are heading into wave # 3. It is the English variant, which also affects children and young people. The majority of those infected now are young people. The Brazilian variant has also been discovered here, and it is not prevented by today's vaccine

Yes, in theory I can travel to Barcelona today, if I have taken a negative test. But my travel insurance will not be valid, as I break the Norwegian state's travel advice. (You can take out your own insurance that covers the same, except for Corona, but it is very expensive). The problem is when I get home, then I have to be in 10 days quarantine. (I also lose my job, because we have strict rules for travel abroad now)

This is the Norwegian government's travel advice for Spain, which applies now (note that they write a curfew from 2300-0600 . Catalonia .) Catalonia has stricter rules 2200-0600.) There are still high infection rates in Spain. There are no quarantine requirements upon entry, but all travelers arriving in Spain from countries with high infection must present valid documentation of a negative covid-19 test. Lack of documentation can lead to fines. From 1 March to 14 March, Norway is on the list of European countries with high infection, but only travelers from Oslo must document a negative test during this period, other counties are excluded due to low infection rates. It is also mandatory to complete an electronic health form before leaving by plane. Spain has introduced a state of emergency, with a curfew from kl. 23 to kl. 06. There are strict rules for infection control, i.a. injunction on face masks regardless of distance to other persons. Most regions on the Spanish mainland have introduced entry restrictions and further changes may be introduced at short notice. There are flights, but several countries require corona tests that have been taken in recent days. Some countries have a quarantine obligation for their own citizens, and some accept entry for documented work-related travel

I do not know why they took it down now. There was a little quarrel between Scott and a girl, but nothing but verbal. But she had probably taken a little too much, had to have a lot of water. Then there was the guy on the floor, who looked very serious, but luckily walked out of the apartment himself. If something more happened on the outside, we do not know. Possibly someone came to help him and that there were some reactions afterwards. Becomes just speculation. When they went offline, Scott slept and it was quiet, as I saw it and it was several hours later
