Robwin had the same problem using Edge. He said it worked for him in Chrome and it works for me in Firefox. If you find that a settings change fixed the problem in Edge, you might share that with Robwin. Hope you got it to work.

I can't figure out why. They seem to be just normal mp4 videos. I can't get them to not play, no matter how or where I play them. If you can download them, they should play in VLC. Try a right-click on the video and choose Play, View video, Save video as or Email video (to yourself) if you can't Save it. I'll try to find links to the original posts. No promises.
