Hi, Matt. Of course, you are free to post your videos or not as you decide. It is completely up to you and I'm not trying to change your mind. I just wanted to say that Leone made a rather simple request. He even expressed his gratitude for what you had already posted, as do I. IMHO, deleting the vids you had posted and vowing never to post another one was a rather extreme reaction to a simple request. It's something that most video posters do as a small courtesy to the people who download their videos. And, it's perfectly OK if you don't want to do that. Some people may download every video that gets posted. Then, they'll quickly run through them at a fast speed to determine if they want to keep them and delete what they don't want. But, others may not have the disk space or the time to be able to do that, especially when some videos can be very large and quite long. Again, I don't want to tell you what to do, but I think a lot of people would be very grateful if you were to reconsider posting your videos. Let me start it off by saying that I would greatly appreciate it if you would consider posting your videos, however you wish to post them. The old saying goes that for every person who says or does something, there are 1000 more who would say or do the same. On this forum that may be more like 100, but that might give you some idea how many people would like to see you post your videos. For every person who "likes" this post to agree with me, that might mean dozens more who would also want to see your videos, but didn't see this post. I'm just guessing, but it might give you an idea. I hope this is helpful.

Just because I love math. A/L manage 12 of 37 apts. That's slightly less than 33% total, not well over 50%. However, currently, they have three apts that are offline, bringing their percentage down to 24.32% for active apts.

Well, not only did I explain why, but you bolded it. There are at least a couple of reasons. It's possibly not necessary, but it's a lot easier and cheaper than finding and renting another apt. But, most importantly, A/L have their eyes glued to those first months' earnings. That's where they're able to steal thousands of dollars from their tenants most lucrative month. They seem to have become obsessed with that concept. The word "greed" comes to mind. Not to us, but in A/L's eyes, they're ancient. Three months must seem like an eternity for them to go without a first-month payout on that apt.

You are a very strange and sometimes sadistic little puppy. It takes a very special (and I don't mean "special" in a good way) kind of person to make light of homeless people living on the street in the dead of a Ukranian winter, to say, "Oh, and it's very cold in Ukraine this year." Completely disagree with that. There's just nothing else to say about it. These two sentences don't connect nor make any sense the way you stated them. Since you started the second sentence with, "I also," it means you agree with the context of the previous statement, which is, "...neither showed disrespect to me..." So, it would have made sense if you had said, "I also have nothing to disrespect..." But, as it's written, I don't know if you meant, "I also have nothing to respect," or "I also have nothing to disrespect." The latter would make more sense, but I have no way of knowing for sure, since I am a certified non-mind reader.

I disagree with about everything you said, but that's OK. I do, however, want to respond to the above statement. That came directly from A&L and if you believe that, well... We now know what snakes they truly are. For example, they steal every tenant's first month's VHTV earnings because it's their most lucrative month, which means a huge payout for A&L. That said, they would say and do anything to preserve that protocol and get rid of old tenants, so they can put more, first month, trial tenants in place, which means they get to steal their first month's earnings, as well. Thousands of dollars lining their pockets that should go directly to the tenants. And, just for the record, my outrage was expressed as soon as I became aware of the issues and not always publicly.

Of course, we have two versions of the story, the truth, and the A&L version. Given A&L's track record and the fact that they can twist, spin, deceive, delude, mislead and lie to make you believe they walk on water and the tenant is always at fault, I believe A&L are the snakes in the grass.
