It is assumed that Leora is a nymphomaniac when still, even after 2 years of not seeing Paul, they hear on the phone every day and apart from the interlude with LB she has never been in bed with other people. As Jimbo said in another post, if anything is going to happen between Leora and Zena it's because Zena will have entered RLC as a participant that day. Nothing will happen before that day.
