Does anyone have any idea why Yulya's ex-boyfriend has been sleeping on Dasha's couch for the last several days? And, today, there were 2 of his buddies that were visiting there also. I wish Dasha was having the girlfriends over instead of the guys. I guess Dasha is just a sweetie who will help out anyone who asks for help. I wish she could get rid of Demid and get a girl roommate instead. That might be fun to watch. She's had quite a few good-looking girlfriends at her parties over the last several months. :drool:

I think the vast majority of them certainly are. However, as you could see with Jenny and Nikki, there are a few that could come along that really do need overseeing. I actually was becoming a little concerned about the place when those two were staying there. They seemed to get less trustworthy the longer they stayed. I also think that if the girls continue to have varying lengths of stay, it could be a little awkward if you got the "wrong mix".

I think the letter/email was intentionally unclear as to whether Nora will remain or not. I think it's a very good bet that someone has to "manage" and/or "watch over" the apartment. So, either Nora will be staying or a new "house manager" will be designated. Maybe RLC has not decided yet whether Nora will stay or maybe Nora actually wants to leave because she has other things that she wants to do. I see 3 options for RLC: 1) Nora will stay on after October 18 and "manage" the place the way she has been and Kiko will stop being a "tenant" and move out (but could continue working for RLC as he does now) 2) One of the new girls will be designated as a temporary "manager" for the length of her stay and then, when the next batch of girls come, they could do the same thing and designate one of them to oversee the apartment 3) RLC could designate some non-tenant to be an off-site manager who monitors the apartment daily and only steps in if trouble arises. Personally, I think it will be either option 1 or option 3. I think it would be too difficult deciding which new girl in each "batch" would make the best temporary manager. I don't really care which option they choose. I'm just happy that, as of today, they are planning to have an all-girl apartment with tenants changing every 30, 60 or 90 days. That is what would satisfy me and get me to re-join as a member.

Now, if she started showing her beautiful body, I think I'd pay up for an RLC membership again. :D I've liked her from the first time I saw her.

We'll never know for sure what triggered the decision to shut the apartment down. But, I would really like to know what happened. It's obvious that it wasn't planned. And, as far as I'm concerned, it was by far the most entertaining apartment in all of RLC. The remaining apartments have some nice tenants that I like, but they are so predictable that there is very little reason to continue paying to see the same things over and over again. The best thing RLC has to offer now is when the long-term tenants have guests or throw parties. At least you get to see some new faces and the action is unpredictable. I also find it very interesting that there was a huge influx of new negative posters that came in during the slowest season of the year (when RLC was the least attractive to visitors) and it seemed to me that their only purpose was to destroy the reputation of this house and it's tenants. As soon as that was done, most of those posters disappeared. Does anybody really believe that it was a coincidence? I sure don't. I'm still having trouble letting go of the anger I feel towards those posters. They're all probably having a good laugh about it right now and bragging about how they shut the house down.

I love Rita, but I doubt that she would ever come back if Nora is in the apartment. That was a very big fight they had when Rita jumped in to defend Jenny and neither girl would give in. It made me sad to see the way they would ignore each other after that. :(

I just want to get it clear in my head one more time. Is Sabrina the one called "Curly"?

She has one of the best bodies on RLC right now. :)

My subscription ended earlier this week. After Kamila and Kristy left, I found there was no other apartment that I felt was worth the monthly fee. Now, with the Barcelona apartment gone completely, I guess there won't be a steady flow of good-looking women to enjoy. If RLC ever gets the quality of the site back up to where it was when I joined back in March of this year, I'll sign-up again. But, I really miss the parade of beauties that came through the Barcelona house (even if they didn't show as much skin as the permanent residents in the other apartments).

Who is that in the second picture? It can't be the redhead at Suzan and Hector's. They don't have a tub like that. Is it Jitka? Do we have any pics of the redhead changing or showering?

Maybe scooterdog is using another name on the other fan site. I hope that's the case.

He was watching a movie on his iPad a few days ago and he was the actor who was playing a military officer (I think that's what he was - he had a uniform on). I had been told that he was an actor previously, but that was the first time I had seen him in a movie. I'm still doubtful that the girl guest is his sister. I was told months ago that she was an actress and that they had been in some shows together. I think she's just a friend.

These are apparently being posted somewhere else.

I just wish I didn't feel like they are just "performing for the cameras". I've never seen any real signs of love between them. Maybe I just missed it. But, I find this very much like what you would see in a regular porn site. They don't seem to have anything close to a "real" life.

Unfortunately, I don't think that will ever happen. But, if by some miracle it did, I'd sign-up in an instant.

I'm at a complete loss as to why she brings him home and sleeps with him. When they are downstairs, he doesn't even act like he cares about her. His face is always buried in his phone - even when she is talking to him. He just ignores her most of the time. When they are in bed, they don't seem to know whether they want to have sex or not. If he is her current boyfriend, why doesn't he act like it and, if he's not, why is he there? And, most of all, I'd like to know why Nikki is there at all. Why is she in a voyeur house? Why do Nora and the RLC people let her stay there. She is certainly not doing them any favors or getting them any customers.

I really don't like to say negative things on here. But, each new apartment seems worse than the last. It's like RLC is not even trying to find attractive people anymore. The 3 new apartments are of no interest to me whatsoever. There is no reason that I can see for becoming a member again any time soon. :( Oh, well. I guess I'll have more time now to do something productive again. ;)

What I don't understand is why Nora has not gotten angry with them for not cleaning up the mess or for the fact that the girls are hiding all the time from the cams. She used to go crazy when the previous girls would leave the place a mess. :-\

Nikki is not just giving us the shaft by not showing anything herself. I really believe that she has also convinced Jenny to stop showing anything. If there is anything we learned about Jenny during her first stay here, it was that she is very immature and impressionable (with very low self-esteem). She wants to be liked so much that she will do anything she is told to do if she thinks it will please her roommates and make her more "popular". What I don't understand is why Nora seems to be ok with this. She has to know that she is losing viewership. Maybe she wants to be the most popular girl in the apartment so much that she is willing to accept this because she knows that now everyone will be watching her more since she is the only one showing skin. :-\
