What I find interesting about the modern business world is that businesses no longer care whether they piss off existing customers. I was always taught that the cost of obtaining new customers far exceeded the cost of holding on to existing customers, hence the development of discounts or rewards for loyalty. Whether it's the influence of the internet or not businesses now constantly offer better terms or offers to new customers that leave existing customers at a disadvantage. Car insurance is a typical example. A renewal notice usually contains a re-quote that is higher than that for a completely new customer. This is done in the hope of ripping off the existing customer who 'might' let the renewal automatically go through and therefore pay more than he should have done. The company may think this is 'clever' because the existing customer has paid more than others, but is it clever? What is the reaction of the existing customer when he realises he has been ripped off? He resents the company and next time walks away. Another example is mobile phone companies who offer long contracts that appear good at the time but then are undermined by new offers. The existing customer is 'locked' into the contract and therefore has to continue paying more than is offered elsewhere. The contract ensures the company gets the benefit of the income but what does the consumer think? He resents being handcuffed and as soon as he is free he 'escapes' to another supplier. Loyalty is destroyed, consumers are encouraged to be disloyal. 'Brands' were meant to encourage loyalty but stupid businessmen have destroyed the notion completely. Instead 'buyer beware' has become the byword for consumers. RLC need to be careful they don't alienate existing customers by trying to squeeze 'premium' payments for not a lot extra offered and by charging for things that were not previously charged for. The idea for an entirely premium only apartment is only likely to alienate standard subscribers than galvanise them to go premium. 'More for Less' is a much better mantra. Car makers continually offer more features and do not always ask for more money. RLC are of course dealing with human beings. Imagine their delight in being able to present Katya and Ruslan. Well said KarenKraft. I have posted before that RLC is interesting on a number of levels. Watching how they use their apartment and the fixtures is interesting to me (I am in marketing of consumer goods). Watching the couples or their friends interacting is fascinating and of course the sex sessions are good to watch whether the sex is any good or not. I realise there are a billion Muslims around the world but less than 3% of the UK is Muslim. Most of them are immigrants and fortunately most of them are 'moderate'. They can live in their world and we can cut them off from the rest of us. Those countries will never be prosperous because they cannot develop a modern economy. Those with oil are only wealthy because WE find the oil, WE dig it up and WE buy it! WE must simply not buy their oil. We don't need it anymore and even if we did we should still not buy it. We should never sell them food. They can never feed themselves. Their climate is hostile. We can win a war without ever firing one bullet in their country. Those who choose to continue to live in the West because they are already here would need to be monitored and as said earlier 'dealt with'. We must really be prepared to do these things to maintain our way of life. Can you imagine IS or any other of these so called extremists ever sitting around for a chat and happily agreeing to put down their guns and live happily with Christian and Jews or even their fellow Muslims. No NEVER. This is a war that will last FOREVER. It has already been going on for centuries. The West has all the winning cards. The only weakness is weakness of will and piss poor leadership.

This is a NO COMPROMISE war. One side has to win. Israel know that if they do not 'win' then they definitely 'lose' and get wiped out. This should be the view of Western leaders. We MUST win so do what is necessary. During the 2nd World War the UK government arrested anyone that was of German origin as did the US government with any Japanese origin. The enemy within was not trusted. We send our troops to fight in the Middle East but do nothing to protect our homeland. The dilemma is identifying the enemy. If we can't identify them then we have to assume every Muslim is the enemy. This has to be the stance until they are identified as safe law abiding people. There is no easy answers but the non-Muslim world needs to fight back and quickly.

It is not the fault of our countries that we have become more civilised and wealthy than all the others. The wealth and rule of law attracts huge numbers of people who want a better life. Europe need to explain to the UK who so called Asylum Seekers only want to seek asylum in the UK? If they reach a safe country then that is it. They are saved! Other countries in Europe just want these people to pass through their countries and get to the UK. France, as usual, don't give a shit about any other country. They just want rid of the immigrants. Hence they build places like Sangatte. The French are the most selfish nation state in the world. They set up the EU (it wasn't called that originally but hey ho!) with Germany to stop them invading for a third time. They created the Common Agricultural Policy to protect their useless, inefficient farmers. This now consumes over 70% of the EU budget and impoverishes third world farmers who can't compete with subsidised food. The budget then can't be spent making the industrial heartlands work better to increase prosperity. They insist the whole EU government moves every week from Brussels to Strasbourg for no other reason than it makes money for France! They claim to be the second wealthiest country in the EU but contribute nothing to the EU budget. Guess who pays- the UK and Germany. That's it no other fucking wealthy country in the EU contributes. Then in the middle of the worst recession since the 1930's the French decide they want to increase the EU budget whilst the stupid Socialist government of France led by the womaniser Hollande tries to spend more money it doesn't have to prop up their failing economy. They prevent free markets by for example declaring a maker of yogurt is of vital national security that it can't be taken over yet buy up the UK water and energy industries! France is full of beautiful people. It is a beautiful country, has a wonderful climate, great food and tasty wine but their government absolutely stinks and is totally selfish and corrupt. They hate the UK because we are far more successful than them. Oh and we win wars on their behalf! They started the EU to stop Germany from ruling them and have ended up being told by the Germans what budgets they can spend and who they can trade with!!!! I love the French people but hate their government. Europe will not go to war over an argument between two Russian states! In fact with the way Europe is developing Russia will be more of a democracy then the EU.
