come on man, you know better than that lmao I think it's likely they read this forum now & then (though I'd advise them not to), probably not every day & not all tenants though. I think it's highly unlikely they actually listen to what people say, or act upon it (again, barring a few exceptions).

Great! Lol! Wish I was there! It is true that guys are sometimes more prudish than girls, depending on circumstances and "girl psychology" I still haven't completely figured out. Good that you were at least the first (& only?...) of the guys to have the guts! For girls to shed their clothes with guys around, they need to feel safe. So kudos to you & the other guys there for making them feel that way, I guess. I don't envy the youth of today, who might have to fret about someone recording everything with their smartphone & putting it online... Then again, if society learns to accept this kind of thing (naked pool parties etc) as just some harmless fun (which it is, after all), the power of the recording to cause harm would be neutralised anyway.

I'll refer to the comment I made in reply to Big Lou: pool parties are best enjoyed naked! Girls are less hesitant to get naked or topless if other people (including guys, when otherwise acting normal) already are.

Pool parties are best enjoyed naked. If other people are naked (including guys, believe it or not, as long as they're acting normal), girls are more likely to follow suit, or get topless at least! So if you want girls to get naked, it helps to get naked yourself, as long as you're not weird about it. I experience this again on the little clothing optional beach I go to now that I'm on holiday. If lots of people are keeping their swimsuits on, newly arriving girls keep their swimsuits on, too. If a lot of people are, or get, naked, the girls shed their swimsuits or at least their tops, too. And after a while the bottoms follow, most of the time. The worst is when groups of guys are on that beach, all keeping their swimming trunks on, because otherwise it's too "gay" (these are often American guys, or from the Anglo-Saxon world at least). In that case you can bet the girls won't get naked & only a few of them topless if even that, until they leave. Often they even put their swimsuits back on if groups of guys like I described arrive on that beach...

I'll first add my edit to my post above: "My lower limit for attraction (not "trying to get"!) is about 16 (depending on how developed, some look still too young at that age, while others could easily pass for 18-20). 16 is also the age of "sexual majority" where I live (i.e. you can have -consensual!- sex with someone of 16+ without getting in legal trouble; social or professional trouble might be another matter), while the upper limit depends on the girl in question: some are past their prime for me at 25, while some late bloomers actually become more attractive from that age, but let's say my upper limit for attraction was & still is around 30, or 25-35, depending. So my age limits haven't really changed in 35 years, but what I do notice is that looks-wise, I get somewhat less picky, as long as she's young looking & not too ugly. While back in the day, she'd ideally have to be not just young enough, but handsome enough as well. Not that I'd stand a chance with even average looking young girls nowadays, I think... Though I still don't fancy actual unattractive girls, even if young enough." And indeed, maturity-wise, like you mentioned, women my age are probably not only too old-looking, but also simply too mature for me. I'm still a 18 to 30 year old guy (not so) deep inside, in the body of a guy two or three decades older... That's why I sometimes have really good & intellectually stimulating and/or funny conversations with pretty girls aged 17/18 to 25/30... After that they get too mature for me apparently... Or I too immature for them... 😕 . Younger than that and they're often too immature (even) for me. Make no mistake, these are actually smart girls! Maturity & intellect/sense of humour are different things after all (and I never was good at conversing with dumb or superficial girls, not even to get sex with them). There's also no pressure involved anymore in trying to get them in bed or something, as I figure I don't stand a chance at my age anyway, so the conversation actually flows more naturally & less stilted because of that. I should've had this attitude when I was younger & still stood a chance! ("lol", & "cry" at the same time, there's probably no emoji for that...). Nowadays, I'm just glad if I can have a good conversation, or the company for a while, of cute younger girls. It's now become my equivalent of "scoring", I guess... Bonus points if they're topless (or, very rarely, nude) at a lake or beach during that conversation, and don't feel the need to cover up! 🙂

I feel I have even less in common with women my own age... Except friends that I've known for a long time, but in that case it's just friendship, not attraction (anymore). You're right about a lot of women getting fatter or generally less "well-formed" (men too of course, but as I'm not attracted to men that doesn't matter 😄 ) after reaching 30/35 (some even 25) and/or having babies. But with those that don't, there's often another problem, just as bad (for me at least): they don't get fat, but instead start to "mummify", for lack of a better word: skin stretched tight over muscles & bones, extra wrinkly, ass getting flat/saggy etc... And with both the "getting fatter" & "mummifying" variants: almost inevitably getting saggier tits... While I'm a real sucker for pert, firm, energetic young titties (big, medium or small matters less to me, just like hair/skin colour). When I was in my twenties, I couldn't imagine being attracted to, let alone having sex with, a woman in her forties or fifties (I remember an uncle separating from his wife back then & seeing him with his new lover, who turned out just as unattractive to me as the wife he'd left, & thinking "why bother?..."). But I thought that perhaps my tastes would develop & evolve with me getting older too. Now that I reached my fifties myself, it turns out this is not the case at all. I'm still not attracted to women in their forties or older (and only to some in their thirties), and still mostly attracted to women (or rather, girls) in their late teens & twenties. Even women that are 10 or 15 years younger than me now, I feel are "too old" for me. I still have the same tastes as 30-35 years ago. Which is becoming a problem as I'm now too old for the girls I'm attracted to... 😕 And also not rich enough to compensate (which wouldn't work anyway with the girls I'm attracted to the most).
