    I don't mind interesting guests, as with tenants, even the most entertaining ones, you get too used to them after a while, & they inevitably start getting boring. Interesting guests (when not cam-shy!) help reduce the problem caused by the lack of tenant rotation.

    Sounds possible, but wouldn't a clause like that be more of a US than a European thing? And I doubt Jessi would be with a US modeling agency... I could be wrong though. And even if it were a European model agency with such a clause, then naked boobs would surely not be the problem (a lot of respectable high end models have shown boobs & even tasteful nudity, after all), though actual porn (fucking, masturbating, blowjobs,...) might be. Bare breasts by themselves are generally not considered "porn", I think, but perhaps that's different in the US?... Anyway, the issue is a bit moot as, contrary to Jessi, Brianna doesn't hide her boobs or nudity, though it does seem to be "functional" nudity only. Edit: but maybe that suggests Brianna having a clause with a (European?) modeling agency like I described above?... So you could be on to something indeed, among different other possibilities.
