    What a "surprise" this don guy coming here suddenly and knowing everything better. I believe what @moonlight89 says. I heard it this way from other sources too. Don is either the manager or some guy or girl sent here by the manager.

    I like Virginia. She is the voice of reason and I trust her she really is worried about the participants. Remember how fast Sirius was gone? And being a woman she for sure sees it with a total different point of view. Violence or other bad things against women she won't tolerate. So it's good she got involved now.

    There actually was a manager some time ago who did similar things to his participant. And somehow he wasn't manager anymore 😉 So it's possible.
