@Voyeur House TV You think it might be possible to get those fancy buttons from timeline in operators panel (where you can jump 15,30 or 60 seconds back or forward) to the normal timeline?

I just wanted to say it's all ok now with my case. Support contacted me and it's alright. They don't really found out what caused it but it's ok now. So please dont hesitate contact support when you have problems. It was just my case which got let's say a bit weird I once again will say thanks to the great James from @Voyeur House TV

They took all your names you gave them. In moment operators panel you can select them all for setting tags. (Dean,Candy, Tara... ) All your names are there.

Haha I am sure it will be sorted out. That tech guy who answered me maybe acted on facts he had and maybe even has to follow some kind of rules what to do when certain issues occur. The tone was clearly wrong but I am no longer angry with that guy.

Thanks Amy. Well yes I admit I was really angry and disappointed afterwards but then I thought it would be the wrong action on my site to respond the same way. I wanted them to know what's going on and that it was very rude. But in a way you would talk to your friend when he has done sth. wrong. I hope I could manage it. And as I do backups every day all I have to do is flash the image from yesterday on my hard drive and all is fine.
