Dan......Tell us how you really feel about their phones. ;D I see that shit all of the time. A couple goes out for dinner, or breakfast or a quiet picnic in the park. What are they doing? Looking at that stupid f'ing phone. They have no clue as to the person that they are sitting/standing/ laying right next to. In my relationship, when we are together, the phone doesn't even exist. No phones or computers at the breakfast/dinner table. This is our time. This is the time that we share the days happenings or what's going to happen. After the day is over, she likes to watch those silly celebrity shows and I like to read these silly forums. ;) When we are together, we are together for each other. Everything else takes a back seat. After 25 years, we must be doing something right. If I want to hold something, I hold her hand, not a phone. And it always will be that way.

I have no idea of the rent cost in Spain and Russia. But here, for a 2 BR apartment in a decent area you'll pay over $1000/month. RLC is running 7 apts. Supposedly for free to the tenants. They want to charge you $30/mo to watch. Thanks for the flowers. :) I think if Admin wanted help, he'd ask for it. Or put up a post/send a PM to those that they may think would do a good job being the 'Post Police'. On my own board, I leave it alone and let it run itself and just expect that the members police themselves as adults. Then there are boards in which people can't read and specific posts are not even close to the sub-forum in which it belongs. Why would you post an item that you want to buy in a for sale forum? Like here, it's been posted many times, DON'T ASK FOR PASSWORDS. Does that stop them? Hell no. If there were enough Mods to police the boards, you could simply delete all of the redundancy. Case in point, there is a thread in General Discussion about Alma being #1. Why is it in Gen Dis when it should be in a thread already containing multiple posts of like content under the Alma and Stephan forum. It needs to be moved or deleted. Take your pick.
