Forums get old and people move on. Everything is full of politics, everywhere you look. You are either Left or Right. There are no true Americans anymore. They all follow an agenda of some sorts. Many don't have any intelligence to think for themselves and form an opinion. They just parrot what others say. How much discussion can you really have about a few naked tatted up and pierced ugly people?

What the author of this rag knows about Cadillac, the rest of the world forgot. #'s 7, 8, 9 and 10 aren't even close to being spoken about truthfully. #7 isn't even in the ballpark. It's a 1970 Coupe'. What they wrote about the newer junk, I don't know much about. I don't like modern cars.

The '65 Shelby in the previous thread was a bad ass car in it's day. I never really liked them, but I respect their standing in the classic car world. And the 289CID engine was practically bullet proof. It sits on the same plane as the Mopar 318 and the GM 283. They just keep running with minimal maintenance.

I don't need the wife to do it. I like staying busy. I have a list of things to keep me plenty busy. If I sat around being lazy, I would become a drunken stoner. That's the last thing I want.

You answer is in your reply. I eat the same stuff today that I had back 50 years ago. You are continually poisoning yourself. Just like an alcoholic, only with food. I'm a year older than you and now that I have a chance to change things in my diet, I'm going to. I can't just eat anything while on the road. I have to make simple sandwiches that I can eat while I drive. Again, white bread. I haven't found a gluten free bread yet. At least not one that tastes so bad, you'd rather not eat. Gluten is what stops the digestive track from absorbing the vitamins and minerals in the food. I put fresh meats and cheeses on the sandwiches, not processed deli stuff. I gave up the chips and sodas and opted for water. Am I happy about it? No! I like the sugar and taste of Coke. I like greasy potato chips. But, if I don't try, I'll never know. Just 3 more days until retirement and I can make bigger changes in my diet.

That very well could be. Again, it would depend on your diet growing up. I, too, have the same affliction, only in a much more milder form. I've cut out a lot of the 'bad' foods and it has helped in other areas and the tinnitus is diminished some. Sitting here typing, I notice it. Most of the time I simply do what a previous posted wrote about. I do my best to put it on the ignore list and it's not always that easy.

The root cause for tinnitus is a nutritional deficiency. It is caused by osteoporosis of the skull. The base of the skull is squeezing the auditory nerve that extends out of the spinal cord. A lot of the cause of the deficiency is in the food being consumed. Processed meats, fried foods, oil, fats, carbonated drinks of any kind, including carbonated water. Glutens, including wheat, barley, rye and oats. So no white bread, beer, oatmeal and related cereals. Get the book, It's All In Your Head, by Joel Wallach. Also, read, Dead Doctors Don't Lie.

The nanny state is taking over and the people are just laying on their stomachs and taking it up the ass by those idiots out there. Every politician in every state should be removed. Every law and rule they created should be eliminated and we should start over.
