I see the Mods as pretty fair here. It was fun to Mod, 5 years ago, now, I wouldn't do it unless I was paid to. Too many constraints against the Mods. Money being constraint #1. But, just add baking powder and salt to the regular flour and it becomes self-raising. I've also learned that the fresh fruit and vegetable aisle is the most stocked with goodies.
