    I just got to thinking. They either don't work, or have stopped working...i.e. Nursing or electronics. So....all of the guests must be making some kind of an income. I am curious how much RLC pays them. It is a given that they don't pay any rent for their apartments. Does RLC have a flat rate they pay? Possibly it increases as they get more popular.
