I'm down to 15 and I feel the same, been a member for years but had enough of their attitude, be it poor tenants, poor lighting, poor cams, the list is never ending and VH doesn't seem to give a dam.

I sent one over an hour ago and not had the decency to reply, I wonder if anybody tells the tenants not to bother to do anything as they won't get paid for it.

How long is it going to take to repair this time, still having problems and heard nothing back from VH, what good customer service.............not.

I don't know a thriving business that doesn't put its paying customers first, it feels like they are trying their hardest to push customers to breaking point.

And VH are laying down to have their belly tickled instead of standing up to the managers

I don't blame them at all, they are trying but I am sure they are losing views because it the cam placement, I did some work instead and will watch on timeline later so what benefit do they get from me but I'm sure I would have watched live with better views.

VH reply Unfortunately this is not possible, because camera option was changed from paid to free. Most likely that's why its view has been changed too. Best wishes, Voyeur House TV Support This just goes to show who runs VH, it's not them it's the managers, as a paying customer I should have optimum viewing, non paying should see the hall or kitchen. It's no wonder there is so much sex in the dark, under covers and hidden, VH are scared to say anything to the managers and it's us paying customers that come off worst, getting worse day by day.

Please submit tickets to get cam 4 placed back towards the sofa, it does nothing where it is pointed and cam 5 covers that area as it is too far from the sofa to do any good. Thanks
