    This is of what I have seen her presenting on cameras and that’s why my conclusion concerning her presence . I was a big fan of her when she joined , she seemed natural and a simple daily life girl , much different than the wanna be models that we have been witnessing for many years in Barcelona . She tried to hook up with a boyfriend or boyfriends , she was gradually showing more and more and then suddenly , BOOM , nothing , especially after the incident I mentioned . Of course I might be wrong and that’s why it is a personal opinion and conclusion … BUT … Nana became really uninterested with RLC after a certain point with the top embarrassing and awful thing she did being to protest about the rest of the girls bringing their boyfriends in the villa , she clearly stated on cameras that she didn’t like for the others to bring men in the villa and oh , what an hypocrisy , she was bringing in the summer and early autumn that guy who slept many times in her room…. An exact same hypocritical request like Nelly when Masha wanted to visit Barcelona and stay in the villa with her sex partner at that time , Hedi , which ultimately led to a 15+ years real life friendship and relationship to be destroyed ( Nelly said to Masha never to contact Bogdan again and sent her to hell 😔 )

    Holly is very quiet so far during this stay .. i obviously have no idea of what’s going on with her life , but I would say that she was either with a boyfriend for nearly the whole summer and especially since she left RLC earlier this spring and the relationship didn’t work out or she has just fresh broke up and the tears we were seeing her while in B4 a month ago or so was for this reason .. to be honest , I don’t actually like that she shares the room with Tweety , i can’t honestly think if any of them meets any guy , how this can work out . The way I see Holly , I think she’s in an “eternal “ journey of finding a boyfriend in Barcelona and slowly build a life there but she has either made wrong choices or not taken the right decision or perhaps she’s also difficult with relationships .. I am expecting a really great stay as always from her , i just have my doubts for tweety and how this real life friendship will affect her . But if Tweety does half of what we have seen by Holly , I will be a happy subscriber 🤩🤩🥳

    This is also my prediction 😔 after all , i don’t think that her ridiculous shows can be adopted by any of these girls who have very strong and powerful character and personalities like these 4 girls and duo friends ( O&U , H&T ) .. I hope she is just only under also a short contract because plans aren’t working currently to bring girls outside of Barcelona.

    On a personal preference/ prediction note , the chemistry and good relationships amongst O&U and H&T can define the atmosphere in this apartment . If these 4 girls manage to create a really tight bond , I think we might be embarking for a really great B4 period … and the question is , what actually is Loraine doing being part of RLC’s cast ? 😜🤪😂🤣

    Look how it goes … As far as I see it , it wasn’t a coincidence that Nana was dressed like a nun during that themed costume party for Olivia’s birthday ( which caused lots of misunderstandings between some girls and wounds that haven’t been closed as of now .. ) , I am just impressed that she has participated - as per her sayings to the so called flirt guy that slept repeatedly with her - in a threesome with her ex boyfriend and a female friend . I think that the bad incident of Tesla and the leaked video was the key point for her to decide not to open up more than she had already done till that point .

    Sorry to disagree with you, Radislava has all these lighting so as she gets the cameras attention all the times .. she is a pure “ Leora clone “ and her only concern is how to make money and nearly nothing to almost none providing real life . She’s a permanent Barcelona resident and this is why she seems to have kind of a “ permanent “ GOV contract , which for many of us here is “translated” as RLC not being able to find girls . For a Barcelona resident , it’s the least to say weird that we have seen her not having any friends being introduced in both of the apartments that she has been staying . Her only real life period was , in my humble opinion , when Stella was a tenant , it was only then that we saw a real person , with real feelings , emotions , reactions and not the robotized behavior that only her and Leora have at the site at the moment . If you think of her and her 366 days and having this dynamic of being a Barcelona resident , you would think of more things by her , it isn’t also a secret that she’s isn’t so much liked by the majority of the girls and she has difficulties with friendships . The only thing that I can actually praise her at this time ( really enjoyed her first 4-5 months and before the summer ) is that despite RLC have been horrible behaving to her when they moved her in the villa ( and I know lots of details for that period ) she stayed devoted and faithful to her employers and continued in the project when she had all the rightful reasons to quit , she didn’t and that was a gift for RLC at that time which was the worst period since they are live in their 10 years of existence .

    I tried to “ reasonable “ Noldus not to “ write her off “ 😂 , but when he spoke about the wrapped suitcase , I also believed that she’s going for good .. as I have said , it might be that she stays for some more weeks ( maybe Christmas / new year in Barcelona ) and then I think she’s going . Welcome to the first ever “ church style “ Barcelona apartment 😂🤣 , they might be singing “ silent night “ at Christmas Eve in B1 😂🤣 … RLC way too scared to lose this apartment and they really prove it with all of their choices ( which also I think won’t do them any good in subscriptions concerning this apartment , B1 )

    Sorry guys , but this “Tweety “ that she chose , it will take me some time to go away from Luya which I find it incredibly amazing by ( happychappie ? I think ) the forum member who christened her . On another side note , to be really fair , no matter how much and by all means Holly deserves the penthouse , Tweety / Luya isn’t at this level yet .. I hope “ mentor Holly “ makes her become even better than the teacher and show us all of her potential which so far nearly everyone of us have been appreciating her for what she has been showing the last two weeks .. All the best for Tweety and to a marvelous stay .

    I agree with you .. I think she was willing to have much much more but since this story with Tesla and the video , her on going at that time slow and gradual opening up , took a major decline .. I will never be a ale to forget the ridiculous things she did to the guy who clearly wanted her , she was inviting him repeatedly only to play with him . A girl with lots of potential but I think she had her limits of what she wanted to show and do and this I can only respect . I don’t think the majority will miss her .

    On a rather on and off topic thought 😂🤣 , despite knowing that Martina is totally devoted in her studies and there isn’t anything more precious to her at the moment than this , I do hope with the return of Holly in B4 to see her once - twice per month just escaping her apartment and spending some time in the villa ( an overnight Saturday night stay in the villa perhaps , jacuzzi / champagne shower with the girls and so on .. 😉😉😋😋 )

    It will be not nice to have Gina back at this time … she’s a party girl , most probably now going through sadness if she broke up with a person she really loved , I think it is better having her off cameras for some time .. As I have said , it might be better to miss her so if she ever returns to enjoy her as we got to know her , smiley , fun , crazy , unpredictable and ready for everything .. current B1 is too “ church style “ for Gina ..

    This is the biggest surprise but on the other hand , Holly is the absolute fans favorite and as I have said , I don’t even know anyone having said anything negative for Holly over the years and her different stays . Olivia and Ulyana know their value and they are easy going , Ulyana ( mostly ) will get her chance one day to be in the penthouse ( to be honest all by herself like she had her life in Russia )and slowly “ get away” from Olivia’s “ shadowy protection “..

    I just need to remind everyone that Luya ISN’T an RLC tenant and she might be always a visitor for Holly … ….BUT…… She has been no shy and the only thing she hasn’t done more ( apparently no sex ) is to openly masturbate ( this might also not happening because she isn’t at the RLC’s paying roll - yet ?😏🤔 - ) . She has also a very big suitcase and we have seen her not wearing even 1/4 of things that could be in this suitcase , it might indeed then be the new official tenant .. We will know in some hours and I hope also we see soon what happens with the B1 empty bed that the best would be going to a newcomer , although this place is already limited for things and it simply serves as eye candy to watch the twins being naked and doing occasional masturbations ( well , only one of them .. ) . It would be a disaster adding a party girl in B1 with the boring twins and mysterious / melancholic ( sorry nagachilli2 😔 ) during this stay Karol ..

    You just caught me on that , I also thing Holly gets this room ..I still doubt for Luya becoming a tenant but I hope I am totally wrong and we enjoy this girl’s presence .. and being from Holly’s “ graduation academy “ anything can be expected 😋😋 It’s much better also moving Ulyana and Olivia in the two single beds room , like this they can finally have freedom to do things on their own rather than sharing the same bed and being actually limited on doing things ( despite Olivia having found the way with Daniel in B2 ) and I also hope Ulyana gets Buffy’s bed which is better for her shows .. a nice Sunday RLC riddle is upon us with who , where and when .. the only thing that doesn’t change is Radislava …. 🤨

    So , - Buffy proves to be the emergency “ fill the bed in B4 “ girl when things weren’t looking good with the loss of B1 and two empty beds in B4 and Daniela brought her in . - I think if Luya continues in the villa and she’s not leaving too like Nana , the mystery regarding her stay continues . Two weeks and going without her name being listed as a tenant , then she’s on normal holidays visiting Holly and Holly simply hosts her … I can’t really think of any other reason why her name won’t be included in the list if she joins in the villa. -According to what we have seen , rightfully Daniela gets the second best room after the penthouse , it would be a shame if Loraine was getting it despite having more days than her in total as a tenant , you can clearly see how much fun and enjoyment Daniela has being a tenant / RLC employee and the boredom of Loraine who clearly fills the bed in my humble opinion due to continuous struggling from RLC to find girls . BUT … It would have also be nice that Holly get this room also as being her previous place , but anyway , it is what it is. -Looking at the bigger image , once again there are two empty beds , one in B1 , the other in the villa , except if Luya joins .. this isn’t the best heading to Christmas and RLC being -1 apartment as well ..
