I've been quick to criticize VV in the past but, on this occasion, I need to compliment them. I am on a trial package and cam 13 is the only one I can see in Bella's room so with it being out I was mightily pissed. I wrote them an e-mail and got a response within 5 minutes as follows " We will fix it today, but not now. And now you can watch cam14. " Well done help team at VV.

I think that is a perfectly reasonable suggestion. Why not use the email address given in one of the previous posts by jabbath1987 and ask VV to make the change.
