    i'm only guessing since i know nothing but maybe the $ flow slowed down too much & they have to regroup. if they decided to retire to just managers they would have a place off cam rather than staying with obi. who among their tenants is really being viewed a lot? i might not be up to snuff with who they manage but leah/trixie, ruby, juliet, brian, ana, heather, zack/kitty, gone. anica/joel, nadia/obi can't possibly be enough to carry them as neither apt is very active. and courtney (if she's with them) is a disaster until she gets rid of asshole, whoops, i mean cadon!
