If you email rlc they will tell if you appear on camera you need to sign legal paper work for this to happen. Spend a little time search google about starting to do web camming and you will see the process these site use.

Reason why
First: my best experience as developer / technician at another similar style site, anyone visiting even not for sex has to sign waver / agreement there fine to be record. These contracts also state the cameras can record 24/7 with night vision albites and things.

Second: When running adult cam site even if your just talking for record keeping by law they would have had to take copy's of id / documentation. Think of signing up to work on a cam site, well that same process apply's rlc. They can't appear on camera with out sign these legal documents as rlc can get in to major trouble.
