  1. Actually, "daer" is/was a word that describes "unfree members of society" in medieval Ireland. In this case, however, it sounded like a Dutch pronunciation of the English word "there." So I guessed...
  2. No. This is the second apartment they have had; the other one was smaller and in the same complex as Maya & Stepan's. Leora got the upgrade. So, they do not have another apartment where they have sex.
  3. B1 seems to be under maintenance, but they didn't announce that on the home page. Time to go see what Maya's cats are up to before boredom sets in...
  4. Yes, power failures do occur. San Francisco had a big one this week; servers were down, people were stuck in elevators in high-rise buildings, and traffic got horribly snarled. I assure you that VHTV had nothing to do with it. And I think if VHTV had a camera with back up power in the elevator and if the couple were stuck in there for several hours, people would be applauding VHTV instead.
  5. Sad, but it appears people who have access to Kami & Kristy are paid RLC subscribers, and they are afraid to get banned. Evidently, severe cropping of watermarks, etc., doesn't make them want to get back in the water again.
  6. She's pretty much the sweetest Spanish woman at RLC since the Alma days. She's also very good to her man, they don't fight, she doesn't run around with sharp kitchen implements, he doesn't respond by breaking closet door, etc. That's a good thing. (And she doesn't steal cosmetics, either.)
  7. We have a Chat function on CC, and nobody uses it. Not even the trolls. However, Chats, like the one on RLCF, are very fun and useful. When used properly, and protected by Mods with shotguns.
  8. Leora could snag any man she wants. She hasn't yet. She has stayed with him for years. He knows something we don't: How to operate, maintain and adjust a relationship with Leora. If Paul is smart he'll write a book about "My Life with Leora," toss it on Amazon, and he'll sell millions if it's lavishly illustrated.
  9. Information you learn from within the RLC and other apartments is acceptable to post, unless it endangers or will embarrass the tenants. They do have families and outside-of-RLC coworkers. Please do not endlessly repeat the same thing just to make a point. It will make you look like an attention-whore or a troll. Try to help this thread be a bit more interesting. If we treat the tenants and RLC with due respect, they will be kind to us, and we can share information without hurting them or having food fights with each other. We will also attract posters who are willing to provide quality comments and viewpoints. These guidelines also apply to VV, VHTV, Camarads, and the other services which provide this sort of "voyeur" material. Thank you.
  10. Nack: If I were a mod, I wouldn't be here, either. I can handle a bit of light-hearted inside jokes, but sometimes the bickering about other posters and the continual disparagement of the girls do not work in this thread's favor. We're trying to tighten it up a bit so it's less negative, and at the same time loosen it up so it can become fun and interesting. That's a difficult job for unpaid part-time moderators who have better things to do, and we appreciate your support.
  11. I am dedicated to the Bill of Rights myself. But I do tailor my language and subject matter according the circumstances. I don't use bar talk at funeral services, for example. And I never say anything about the tenants that I would not have the courage to tell them to their face. -------------------------- jjs: I got complaints from certain very important parties at a time when I was involved with delicate negotiations with Camarads. Releasing camming names and camming sites for apartment tenants causes them legal problems and direct insults do not rate as creative criticism. That goes for everybody here. We merely want to stress the rules and remind everyone to please try and comply. Your approval restriction will be up soon, you have no banning points, and your posts have been perfectly acceptable. Even your post here is acceptable and appropriate, and it is posted in the right place. It's no big deal. As far as I'm concerned, it's all water under the bridge. You are still a member in good standing.
  12. It is apparently a dead night at the apartment, and pretty much the same way on most of the forums. As long as the insults and the deep-fried squirrel jokes disappear, I'll be a happy camper.
  13. Just a reminder to everybody, and this is not directed to any particular members: Creative criticism about tenants is allowed in the Apartment threads, but insults are not. The tenants, and their "landlord" companies don't appreciate it, and then we have to deal with Mod Reports when we have better things to do with our time. We don't have a right to hurt their feelings, cuss at them, piss them off, or order them to be our sex slaves. Without tenants, all of the "real life" services would fold. Annoying negative comments get routinely removed to prevent food fights, except here at Rants and Flames. This allows people who are interested in the girls the ability to read relevant comments while not being forced to scroll endlessly past the drivel, bickering and negative comments. Scrolling, especially on a smart phone, is difficult.
  14. "Play-by-play" means to explain a sequence of events, like announcers in a football game. I found your explanation to be quite interesting. My own wild speculation is that she was watching Pepe LePew cartoons on YouTube or she stumbled into http://illwillpress.com/ and she got very sexually excited as a result.
  15. There is a difference between this thread and the Syrian civil war. And is that is that one is real, and the other occurs in a virtual reality. Mods are not the UN Security Council. We have better things to do. Like my laundry. It's overflowing the hamper. Everybody back off.
  16. That's inevitable. CC is essentially a soap opera digest. Everybody has their own favorite soap opera series, and everybody thinks their view of things is the best. For soap operas, I always preferred Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman, but if you weren't a Californian at the time you wouldn't know what that satire was about, and nobody here knows that "We're All Bozos On This Bus" won a Hugo award. I make subtle invisible jokes about such things which often which go unnoticed, but I think Bozos can always be worked into our discussions at CamCaps. I don't think people would bitch about the Vacation girls if they were not truly hung up on them.
  17. We all come to RLC and CC for very different reasons, so we all prefer different aspects of RLC and CC. Fine with me. I can handle that.
  18. If I could enjoy all these tenants at my hearts content and order them to do exactly what I wanted as if they were following my script, it would not be Real Life and my wife would be pissed to see them all in bed with me. Honestly, I don't subscribe to RLC, but I do care about the tenants. The "Girls on Vacation" come from various, and mostly difficult backgrounds and they work. I can empathize with them and hope they do well. I've got no money on the line. When I'm bored with something that occurs on the Internet, I just don't click and then I navigate elsewhere.
  19. Let's try this, if we rephrase it to say "What would you tell the girls:" Get a degree. Keep healthy. You are pretty. You are young. Party on. Be disciplined. Somebody Loves you. Ignore CamCaps jackasses.
  20. I suspect that Maya makes her sculpture to work as manikins for modeling fashions. She could make money producing exotic manikins for the smaller, artsy boutique shops that consider mass-produced manikins boring. Both Maya & Lina have also transformed into a wonderful Queen Khaleesi in the past, and we all know of their close connections. Maya doesn't do her costuming and cosplay stuff anymore; which I'm certain we all miss, but she can operate any kind of sewing machine or serger, can do automotive body work, sculpt, and probably anything else she puts her mind to. I can't say much about Stepen other than he doesn't beat her, he can fish, and he's better at taking care of his t-shirts than I am. That hammer & sickle shirt has been around forever. (Maybe Putin's government still provides them for free...?)
  21. The interesting thing is that Woodstock wasn't supposed to turn into what it did. It was just a simple gig at Max Yasgur's dairy farm. It was authentic, just a bunch of people who got together, formed their own temporary and rather libertarian civilization, and then it drifted away. The later festivals that tried to replicate it were failures because they were contrived and not spontaneous. 1969 was a most amazing year. And we were all trim, young, and very attractive back then. Of course you already knew that.
