Generally, all these 3rd party file services give you a choice of fast or slow, but they really want to get you hooked into their system so they try to "trick" you into installing their download program. Always find the "slow" download button instead. adf.ly, etc., are different, in that they usually produce tons of spam, and somebody's making money with every click you make, while offering you nothing of value in return. That's why we've pretty much banned UL and adf.ly.

While I'm at it, if they're whores, then RLC subscribers are jack-off Johns. My info is that they're like Heineken girls: commercial models payed to look attractive, be graceful, and sell beer at fully acceptable events, including night-clubs and beer gardens, while they develop their dream to become a famous fashion model. Damn good question. But it's like asking if you want to be drawn & quartered or boiled alive in a crucible of molten gold. Physically, I'm a face person. Usually a decent body follows. (Warning young squirrels: both of these change with age, and sometimes very quickly.) Sometimes a woman's personality is reflected in way she takes care of her body. Leora loves her body. She will take care of it, and will not become obese, whilst some of the other RLC women certainly will. Men like a woman with a nice smile; the rest of the body isn't everything, but few men will be attracted to a sickly woman. We're designed to breed with healthy-looking females. (Leora is healthy as hell!) Emotionally, Leora still fairly high maintenance, though mellowing with age. Diana is the same, but she is more interested in acting than preening. I respect her for that. Nora is similar, but with less maintenance, and this despite her current employment conditions. This last issue regarding maintenance in a personality of a woman is a double-sided dilemma. Do you want to deal with a potential emotional volcano in a woman? Is it a threat to a man, or does he accept it as a challenge? And do you think a hot woman will retain her looks after child birth or even another 10 years? Will a extensive facelift at age 50 and 50 lbs of added weight make you love her again? I think older men who have learned lessons from their youth look for an overall balance between looks, personality, and intelligence. You can have all three if you look hard enough. If she has the intelligence and the looks, and a decent personality, I would be game. None of these qualities necessarily needs to be in abundance, but it take all three to build a woman who is worth sharing the rest of you life with. I'd date Leora, Maya, Diana, & Nora in the old days when I was a studly young squirrel, but I'd want to know her better if I were to invite her into my nest and raise a litter of well-adjusted baby squirrels. (Or in the case of Maya, a litter of amusing cats.)

Well, get cranking with the polls. Polls are fun. The media invents them all the time to make it look like there's actually news out there and that they're hard at work finding it and then explaining "important" issues to us. If bored CC members think they can vote and spout off about such issues, maybe they won't spend so much time flaming each other. But maybe not. I suggest we commission a study about the behavior of CC members, get a government grant for 5 million USD, and then make up squirrely stuff that will go ballistic on Yahoo! News. I'm not sure what you're after here, ol' boy. All of those topics could be polls. But I'd bet that Leora would probably win Poll #1. There are others that were/are hot, but none of them are well known. We know Leora, and even now she's still an enigma cloaked in a mystery. But her body was sculpted in heaven. Kiko at the last apartment was certainly the most devoted, but things have changed because N&K are obviously uncomfortable with their new RLC situation. I'd give the award to Stepen, only because he's kind to Maya, supportive of her, and obviously loves her. Plus, they work on projects together, enjoy their zoo, and he -- of all the RLC men -- owns a fishing pole. Other than that, I don't see he has much of a life without her. But he's good to her, and of all the couples here, I've never see violent arguments (screaming, scissors, knives, etc.) between either M&S and N&K. Poll #3 The House. They aren't houses, they're fucking apartments. Some of them are used as homes, which is excellent, but many of them are bland, sterile, and people are using them to live bland, sterile, rent-paid squatter camp-style lives. As for size, L&P's new apartment is large, and the St. Pete's huge apartments are all nice (with cleaner bathtub water), but mostly their garish interior designs preclude the ability to sustain comfort. I mean, mirror tiles glued to the wall and Jetson's chairs and bean bag chairs? Really? Reminds me of A Clockwork Orange. I'll take a tiny apartment in Barcelona like N&K's old place. The Barcelona weather is better. Real estate's all about location, location, location. I'll be spending my time at the Mediterranean beach drinking margs and girl watching, anyway, so the apartment's structure and interior decorating are not that important. Polls I'd like to see repeated or created, or turned into an Award: Which RLC woman could you live with for the rest of your life? (Monogamy required). Which RLC guy would you have visit for weekly poker and beer drinking whilst your spouses pulled tits over at the tea table? If you could spend two hours engaging in a personal conversation with just one RLC tenant, learning about their background and future aspirations, who would it be?

I can see the dish antennas which Paul installed for his neighbors. Damn but those people grow a helluva lot of pot. But I can't see Paul's directional short-wave antenna: it may be because of the photo's low resolution, or because Paul has camouflaged it for obvious security reasons, or maybe it was taken shortly after they moved out. Still, it's damn good photo work done under difficult conditions.

Things get testy at CC when RLC flops around in an attempt to find its direction. RLC tries different things; sometimes they don't work so well. So we get bitchy around here, and take it out on one another. How to survive the dry times at CC when this happens: A) CC is here for fun. B) Don't take offense to anything. C) Take nothing seriously. D) If you lose your sense of humor at CC, leave the forum and learn how to study the entire works of the Marx Brothers. (Otherwise, Laurel & Hardy or Soupy Sales.) How to survive the dry times at RLC: A) Tune into the apartments that have interesting couples, and if you are a hetero-sexual male, tune into those apartments that feature a woman you would have loved to date at one time in your life. B) Wait until the zombie couples move out -- they don't last long. C) If you fail at A&B, cease your subscription. D) If you lose your sense of humor while watching RLC, leave the site, and learn how to study the entire works of 1970's Soap Operas, such as "All My Children," "As the World Turns," or "Mary Hartman Mary Hartman." If you are not a Yankee, then "Gilligan's Island" or "The Simpsons" would work in a pinch, since they are easily available throughout the civilized universe.)

This could include posts like "You suck big cock" "You be gay," "You racist bigot whoreface cunt." We've already generated enough material at CC over the years to full an entire website. Admin's already paying for the horrendous bandwidth. It's a thread called "Flame Wars." And, if you want to save CC from needing to host such brilliant works of witticism, you can always post on 4chan.org/b for free! Personally, I prefer the very early days of RLC when couples were interesting, and CC members were somewhat civilized and discussed things in a more thoughtful manner.

Because I'm not sure it really is him, or if the redirect happens outside of CC, or wtf is going on. Neither CC Sheriff or I are computer literate when it comes to weird tricks like this. Generally speaking, it appears to me that most RLC women are harder working both outside and inside the house, more likely to be artistic, more likely to engage in crafts, and hobbies, and less likely to spend their time drunk. We know Kiko, a businessman, and Paul, a techy-hardware wizard, are exceptions to this. Stepan is very supportive of his wife, but overall, I believe my perception is correct. And, unless most of the men are professional video game testers, I think I'm right. And NO RLC men have ever demonstrated an ability or willingness to barbecue. For North Americans and Ausrtalians, this means one thing: They might be missing a testicle or two! I mean, c'mon Lev. At least show us some tricks cuz Maya's cats have more energy and athletic talent!
