  1. Squirrel's nuts are exploding from laughing so damn much. ;D ;D ;D Nastya is safe at home with her family.
  2. I'm not complaining about their attire. I believe their outfits are pretty and appropriate whether it be Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall. 8)
  3. Watch them more. They have a decent sex life, she's a really fun person, they do lots of projects together, they have friends over for parties, and she'll be sewing with a serger one day, doing auto body work the next, building a cat tree one week, and she'll be cleaning house in the proper maid's attire. I have never seen them have a fight; she has never attacked Stepan with knives or scissors, and I don't recall the para-medics ever visiting. Unlike some couples.
  4. Well, no, Maxxie. This was never a proposal. It was something I just dreamed up as a suggestion of something to be considered in the future. But thanks for the comment. Get to work proposing. How about an amendment that the Feds stick to their duties as stated in the Constitution? I know they'll find this limiting and they'll piss and moan, because it will prevent them from becoming tyrants. Let's call it the "10th Amendment," because there's plenty of blank space there on the page where the old 10th used to be... maybe we can sneak it in and they won't notice... ;)
  5. (Content No Longer Available)
  6. The problem machine in the kitchen has been the dishwasher, as I recall.
That's certainly interesting. Now all we need is a pizza box with a phone number. Or better yet, their business number.
  8. @ Obi-Wan: Thank you for bringing up this subject, and for bringing it up on the Old Dude's board. That's why this section was created. Different cultures have different ways of determining how business is done, and it is usually developed by their historical circumstances. I'll prepare an essay on how "American" commerce developed from that of many cultures -- including the German culture -- when and if I can get some time off from my work. ( ;))
  9. Cherepovets is 500km NORTH of Moscow, and about 500KM east of Saint Petersburg. St. Petersburg is the area in which most of us expected all of RLC's western Russian apartments to be located. If they are located in Cherepovets instead, we would be most interested in your observations. And welcome to CamCaps, where we enjoy serious detective work, research, espionage, wild speculation, insane fantasy, and general chaos. 10. Looks delicious, Cho2vant. I apologize for not having been there to share it with you. :D I think I have seen Leora drink wine on only a few occasions. Nora & Kiko were the wine drinkers in the RLC crowd. Perhaps the black white-striped cat and other Leora's lovers will tell us about her preferred drink...
  11. When I was in grade school, we learned to sing several songs in Spanish and enjoyed it --- and to think, that was decades before Mexico annexed California!
  12. I have seen Leora and Maya mopping floors, cleaning the house, and doing laundry more often than all the other girls combined. Lora was very tidy (and highly organized) too. The men don't rate highly in usefulness, but at least Stepan works with Maya on projects.
  13. Looks like RLC got to them before I did. :'(
  14. The Church of Foamy believes that Wine, Women and Song are the only useful universal languages, and that Politics and Religion are universally a pain in the ass. So, Cho2vant, which of the tenants is your favorite?
  15. No need for the dipshit comment; we're all screwed. There is a thread in Old Dudes (RLC is getting serious...) DMCA is understandable, but times have changed and 3rd parties that don't have permission to post RLC's intellectual content are not allowed to so. Brave new world, but most people are still not aware of the clamp down. It's a pain and can turn CC into a simple text discussion board; but hey -- it's RLC's property after all.
  16. CamCaps is simply fun, is it not? CamCaps est tout simplement amusant, non?
  17. Please notice that the above robot Cho2vant does not properly tithe to the Church of Foamy, he is therefore a heretic, and notice that he does not have a fluffy tail, loving arms, or penis, and he can't even breed. He's a robot. I'm thinking of chewing up his wiring, emptying his bird feeder, trashing his attic, and asking Pepe to take revenge on this insult to our beloved goddess Leora... :D :D :D (cheesy smile) ;)
  18. Odd. I know of several old high school friends who are opera singers. They have no problem with singing songs exquisitely in Italian and German. Musicians really don't care about languages because they speak in the Universal Language.
  19. First spreadsheet I installed ran under CPM but MS-DOS was more user friendly at this time... :) About the new generation of kittens, what is the frequency of the processor that drives ? :D The only CP/M machine I used was a "laptop," an Osborne, that weight about 50 lbs. (22.6 kg). You had to pipe to get stuff in and out to the huge floppy. As for kittens, they have a variable frequency processor: they operate at 900 gigahertz when playing or hunting, and then throttle down to 0 and sleep all day. Kinda like human kids. Me, I'm on Motorola 6502 time unless I'm drunk, in which case I throttle down to 12 hertz while stumbling around. Life is rough when you're down to 2K of free RAM... :o
  20. We know this because they have been seen to prepare many balloons which they store against the livingroom ceiling, and then they suddenly take them out of the apartment. This was true for Halloween, which has become a bit more popular in Russia since the Soviets melted down. They kept a few; probably ones that they like or that didn't sell. They also have many kick-naks that would be available for anyone who owns a gift shop or caters to holiday and other events. Those of us who have witnessed this could be wrong of course, in which case it means that these women have a fetish for balloons because they think these things resemble tits and bubble butts. If you get a paid CC membership, you will be able to see what we post on-line.
  21. The history of Mr. Gates is highly interesting. Of the computer entrepreneurs, he certainly is the one who was the best at marketing and business. He started with making a clone of CP/M. Right now, it appears that Maya and Stepan are busy cloning fish and cats.
  22. If you insist on posting in this thread with that avatar picture, I assure you it will get interesting again very quickly... :) ;)
  23. Yes, I meant Anton. It must have been that wild mushroom I ran into whilst foraging for pecans...either that, or the vodka that tbg150 put into his hummingbird feeder...
  24. This little squirrel has been looking for a place to store his nuts for the winter. I think I've found it. :P
