RLC house parties died somewhere in the past. Maya and Nora had many parties, as did the St. Pete's students (including Nelly & Bogdan.) But Maya and Nora are long gone, and Nelly & Bogdan have relocated to a place where they don't have many friends and are stuck with room-mates. Leora and Paul were not social: they never had a party. Not that I recall, anyway. It's sad, but then again, I'd be hesitant to party on an Internet cam that was being shown around the world, and I certainly wouldn't engage in televised sex no matter how hot the female was. (Nor would I wrestle or practice martial arts with the male. In fact, I wouldn't go into the apartment, period.)

The United States has the third largest population on Earth. #1 China does not report their actual cases. #2 India doesn't have a reporting infrastructure. Because of the political situation here, and because hospitals get reimbursed 100% without question, there is a tendency to determine that even people who die in accidents but have a Covid antigen in their system get reported as Covid. And of course, the highest rates are in the States with governments which exert the highest level of control over their citizens. I know this from personal experience, so I'm likely to be suspicious when politicians and hijacked-science report otherwise.

I believe that you might be misguided. All Americans believe in the power of the individual to shape his personal destiny through hard work. But unlike Republicans, we Democrats do not believe in blinding ourselves to the challenges that our fellow citizens my be facing in life, sometimes through no fault of their own. Why is it that conservatives willingly donate money to taking care of people in need at a much higher rate than socialists like you do? Or is it that Democrats believe that "giving" is only valid if it is given through the coercion of government? My business's medical premiums doubled after the Fed fucked up the real estate market, and the nationalized the health system. I will address how we can solve issues like joblessness, the war in Afghanistan; the unbridled greed on Wall Street; our failure to educate the young; the staggering fact that nearly 17 million American children go to bed hungry; our national crisis of self-confidence triggered by 9/11; the toll the terrible addictions to alcohol and drugs take on our families, our economy and our nation; the loss of civility in politics and elsewhere; the deliberate mistruths about taxes and President Obama; and the growing-uglier-by-the-minute media environment. The purpose of a government is (or godammit should be ) to allow the maximum freedom to all its citizens so that they can properly function with a maximum of liberty & safety at a minimum of cost. Natural economics is a better tool than some arbitrary jackass Almighty Emperor deciding what reality should be . Do not fuck with Mother Nature! Huge government does not allow personal liberty, or efficiency in the most economical way. It exploits the formerly free citizen in any interaction with others, while reaping benefits for the royalty, rich controllers, kings, divined rulers, etc. I personally have a problem with some of these concepts. This has nothing to do with homophobia or trans bigotry. Mutilating a child just because it's a social fad is child molestation and abuse. If they want to have surgical and hormone work done, then they should be signing a contract for it when they are of legal age. They cannot legally give informed consent when underage. Doing permanent damage to them without their legally informed consent is damaging psychologically and physically to them.
