    If you aren't using and if the problem is the block on local ips that make sense.. because the use of proxies will tell the site that you "aren't" in Spain. Try to contact support and tell them if could be some block to local ips and what should you do (could be other problem)

    I use the free VPN Hola (there are others) as an extension at Chrome when i have problems with ips. then it's just select a country

    Are you using a proxy? (they could had activate the "block" to local ips) They are online and listed (Photo of right now)

    The same reason that the others that you see in the end of that list.. They was offline .. VH moved them to the end and when they get online they forgot to put them in the same position they was before

    😁 Don't remember if elsa&tom was from siberia or the "normal" russia side.. but they disappeared with technical issues so... 😁 it's all possible

    yes, the relocation means that i think (they must have contacted VH telling that the damages was too serious - or will be like jennifer&carl that we are still waiting for them coming back from relocation). But normally they keeps the people in relocation on the list unless it would be for a very big period of time.. (they also removed patrick&clair)

    @StnCld316 guess this one can be moved at least to Offline since they was now removed from list (kind of weird when they announced maintenance they had them on list but now for relocation they removes them)
