Yes.. that's the normal thing around here .. (not all buildings/apartments of course) having Individual balconies inside the apartment But the question was more to each floor have some balconies spaces "wasted" to public areas access/use like that ... And according to some of the new apartments that looks pretty new at odessa, seems they are still using the old style seeing the number of times they abanadon the houses to smoke

And i agree.. It should be something that should be available when opening an apartment. But was just to say that is "normal" that only appear in some days/weeks.
