    RLC = 22 Apartments $44.95 a month XLIFE = 9 Apartments $44.55 a month. Why would you sign up for XLIFE? For an Australian, it's approx. $73 a month. From my experience, it seems that the owners of RLC do not listen to their customers or provide adequate customer service. I urge the RLC/XLIFE owner to reconsider their payment options.
