For me it makes more sense for viewers than movements/sounds/people because what do they learn from the movement and the sound in an apt? Every time a subscriber clicks on a cam, it's a page view. They also know how long he stays on the cam, how many subscribers are on that cam etc... This is useful for the stats. The graphic below is the timeline in a minute per minute view.

Most of the time, when there are sexual activities or some expectations (parties etc..), the 'oscillations' go up. Meaning that there are more people watching a cam at the same time. When these activities end or seem not to be interesting, you see the oscillations go down. For your images, i don't know.

I think most people didn't have any doubt about their return. But the strange situation invited people to raise questions. For example knowing that Lisa/Grant and Misty are not doing well at this moment with views, why put their apts offline? That means 0 view for 3 days. Even an empty apt generates some views because there will always be people who will visit the apt to see if there's something happening.
