Cams 2,3 and 4 are all pointing to the same settee which is daft. Cam 3 should swivel round to the portable bed as it was before. I shall raise a ticket (again). This does rather reinforce the view that there were technical issues as well as management changes at the same time.

There are a number of possibilities. Elise may have been sacked for too much sack time, or she may have been promoted. Maybe a bill wasn't paid ref the downtime. Corn appears to be struggling a bit at the moment i.e.no punters. See what you mean about the cams although the kitchen one seems an improvement i.e. can see people on both sides of table but a bit too high up the wall possibly.
