    The earlier twitter suggested she was girl friend of Nina's cousin (for which passing resemblance). Alan appears divorced from the proceedings which will not please Nina. As this is family I don't think we can expect much. Saw an overnight bag.

    It is beginning to look as if George or VH have allowed Joyce to slip through their fingers which is a big mistake. Imho she was to VH what iris was to VV. Such opportunities are rare.

    I saw a figure a while back which I imagine emerged from some sort of consensus, that 2% of the UK population was gay. This is a pretty miniscule figure. Not a reason for ignoring this community of course or even less vocal community groups but I thought this statistic might help to provide a sense of proportion.

    Thank you Groomy. I saw the humidifier which is probably to stop Nina's skin getting to dry (a guess on my part).I would say one thing. VH without this interesting couple would be very much poorer.

    Without him we would see less guests. If you look at the first clip of him and Joyce they shake on some sort of deal so Sparkles is probably correct.

    Something strange happened tonight. Going over the timeline I think the girls were being introduced to Alan who was not being particularly cooperative. After they left Nina had sharp words for Alan in the Bathroom. There was also a tearful scene (Nina) when they were in bed. I just get the feeling that Alan displeased Nina in some way. My thoughts are that Alan still only wants Nina and Nina wants the apartment to be a success. Would Groomy care to give us a clue?

    Our apprenticed iPhone addict appears to have failed to come up to scratch. This should not stop our tenants trying however as it prevents the apartment from becoming stale.
