exactly, i noticed that in many sites for uploading gifs it's a common issue, as you said, i always i get a problem buffering in many hosts for gifs bigger than 20MB, it goes to slow and becomes non in speed difference between upload or download ..

The problem you are gets,it's happening with me also. and the mostly that's mean the image's hasn't more has any available space or a placed .. at sometimes got of this in this site .. the reason for that happening is the fast reporting from RLC, i didn't have anymore than this reason and that's does not leave anyone with many options ... most of an image's sites for uploading either disabled or banned ..
