    VLC is an excellent video player for your PC - can play part files so you can check if what you are downloading is what you actually want - has been around for years.

    depends which VPN you use - try opening up a VPN in the USA - it works with quite a few VPN varieties. Paypal works fine - sometimes asks if it is you until you have used that VPN connection a few times then it allows you to use it.
