I think at the moment A&A are happy enough if an apartment is ticking over and they are covering their costs, they have had more important things on their minds over the past few months. This will probably change over the next 2 - 3 months but I don't think they will ever become as ruthless as some other manager.

Don't expect too much of the night though, think it will be strictly social.
