    The File is still subject to DMCA Takedowns. Just RLC has to do a little more work to get the Credentials. I myself never had any problem downloading the file as I use WinRAR for extracting any Files.

    The .exe is actually a 7-Zip file. The Zip file will be extracted to a Video one the Password has been entered. I don't know why a Zip file would show as .exe File. .exe Files play havoc with Anti-Virus and Malware Software.

    I think just about every Host is Subject to DMCA. It would be in the Sites Terms of Service (TOS) Agreement.
