That has been the way RLC has operated since they began. So likely nothing will change on their part anytime soon or into the Future. They'll only hurt themselves in the long run. All it takes for RLC is to Contact Admin by e-Mail or PM and something can definitely be worked out but they have never ever responded in any sort. It's better to work together with one another than to work against. VHTV and VV have no issues when any Pictures from their Sites get posted on the Forums. They work along with us and if they have an issue with any Picture or Video Content then a PM solves it quickly. RLC all they do is Ban their Members and steal their Money for Posting Harmless Material. I could see them having some fault if a Member was Posting their Content for Financial Gain such as Posting Content on a Pay Per Click Site but that's not the case in the Forum. We don't allow Pay Per Click Links in the Open Apartment Boards of RLC, VHTV, VV and Camarads. If any such links get Posted the Member is Warned and/or Banned from the Forums.

Like I have said before that other Premium Members Download and Copy Items and there's always a possibility of the Content been placed elsewhere on another Site across the Internet. If RLC had any access to those Boards all the RLC Attachments just would not be there as a DMCA Notice would be issued for the Contents Removal and there is No Content in the Premium Boards Removed since we made the Premium Boards. It's just sad that some Members don't see what placing other Content elsewhere on the Internet is a burden for others. Now Sites like VHTV and VV don't issue DMCA Notices for any Content Removal on our Servers. If there is some Picture or Video Content that isn't right they'll send a PM and let us know if any Content has to be Removed. They don't Ban their Members or Block their IP Addresses from accessing their Sites for Content Posting. To bad RLC wouldn't lighten up and realize all the Free Advertising they are getting.

The reason most RLC Account Holders don't share is the fear of being banned by RLC and I can't really blame them. That's why some have gone into Private Messaging and Share their Content with whom they invite. That's solely upon the individual. The Pictures and Videos placed in Open Forum RLC Boards are strictly Third Party Hosted. Any DMCA interaction is with the third Party Host. Back in July as most know the Cam Caps and RLCF Servers got pulled Offline for about 36 Hours because of a DMCA Takedown. The Premium Boards were then created to try avoid such a shutdown from happening again. The Content in the Premium Boards is Generally Safe but there is a chance another Premium Member could Download the Content and place it elsewhere on the Internet. We don't have any control over that part. We just hope the Content placed within the Premium Boards stays there and not go any further than where it was originally placed. We are always looking for better ways for Uploading Content so we just moving forward and when new methods are found a notice will be placed to inform others.

Since the Premium Boards have been Created there have been no more DMCA Notices for Content Takedown. If RLC had any Access to those Boards there simply would not be any Content within them. The DMCA Report from July 2017 that caused the Cam Caps Servers to be Shut Down was from Pictures placed as Attachments in Open Forum RLC Boards. Since then we only allow Third Party Hosts to be used placing Images in Open Forum RLC Boards. There are times that Content placed as Attachments on Cam Caps Servers gets Downloaded and will get placed on other Websites across the Internet but that's something that can't be Controlled. If a member is caught doing that they risk losing their Premium Membership if they get caught doing such actions.
