Actually you can use the same Router. Just go in the settings and use the Computer Mac Address instead of the Default. That will change the IP as well.

I'm still using Internet Explorer. It works for me and gets the job done. Plus it's not updated with Newer Versions on a Weekly Basis. -
When the Logo appears Faded there are No New Comments for that Apartment. When the Logo appears Bold then there are New Comments placed in the Topic for that Apartment. EDIT: I see the answer has already been posted.

Then you'll have to Contact RLC and make a suggestion to them to try and get them to accommodate the request.. There's a Flavor out there for all and it should be Accommodated in todays times. After all this is 2017 not the 1970's & 80's.
