I believe the current Payment Processor is no longer accepting payments. Admin is in the process of switching to a New Payment Processor ccBill which will be handling the Payment Processing. Once the setup is complete and fully functional that payments should resume at that time. I believe Admin will keep users posted when the transformation has been completed and Payments can resume.
